They are people who have lived inside the Life Model framework long enough to carry it well, and who are now offering that to others.

Dana Bryan | Waxhaw, North Carolina
Dana Bryan is a THRIVEtoday Thrive Premier Training trainer, Journey Group facilitator, Habit Builder class leader, and pastor of Charlotte Awake, a hybrid house church that meets both in person and on Zoom in the Charlotte area. Dana and his wife, Pam, first encountered the Life Model through Thrive Training in 2012, an experience they describe as designed for them personally, reshaping their marriage, family, ministry, and friendships from the inside out. Their congregation gradually came alive as the church family watched the Life Model take root in their own lives, and that inner city church plant has since grown into the hybrid house church it is today. Dana leads Journey Groups using Alive and Well's relational discipleship curriculum, facilitates THRIVEtoday Habit Builder classes, and brings a pastor's heart of hesed, faithful and loyal compassion, to everyone he walks alongside.
Chris Coursey | Holland, Michigan
For nearly 30 years, Chris Coursey has been using the Life Model to walk alongside families, communities, and individuals dealing with severe trauma. As president of THRIVEtoday and a co-creator of Thrive Premier Training alongside Jen Coursey and Dr. Jim Wilder, Chris has become one of the most recognizable voices in relational brain skills training. A published author of more than 10 books, his most widely read titles include Transforming Fellowship, The Joy Switch, and The 4 Habits of Joy-Filled Marriages. He runs live online Practice Classes, courses, and is available for speaking engagements throughout the year. His focus is equipping people with the relational skills that help them heal, mature, and grow into who God made them to be.
Jen Coursey | Holland, Michigan
Jen Coursey is the Executive Director of THRIVEtoday and a co-creator of Thrive Premier Training, bringing decades of experience in relational skills training to families, parents, and communities. As the mother of two active teenagers, Jen speaks from personal experience about how the 19 relational brain skills have shaped her own family. She leads online Practice Classes and women's retreats, speaks at events, and is the creator of the Thriving Mamas blog. Her passion is seeing every person, especially mothers and fathers, equipped with the skills that help families thrive in emotional maturity and connection.
Amy Hamilton | Alabama
Amy Hamilton is the Director of Program Development and Journey Group Director at Alive and Well, a relational training community with a heartbeat for spiritual and relational wholeness. She created the Journey Group relational discipleship program, co-authored Relational Skills in the Bible with Chris Coursey, and leads the Alive and Well Leadership Community, which offers training and mentorship for small group leaders. Amy also created the Transformed by Joy series and serves as a relational skills trainer with THRIVEtoday. Her goal is to make the Life Model practical, livable, and transformative in community.
Claudia Hendricks | Boulder, Colorado
Claudia Hendricks works with multi-ethnic communities, training relational skills in how to love like Jesus loves, heal, and grow in emotional maturity within community. Bilingual and deeply committed to multicultural and missional contexts, she facilitates group trainings in both Spanish and English, alongside her husband Michel. Her work equips people to create belonging, love their enemies, and mature into the character of Jesus in multigenerational settings. Claudia brings a rich blend of cross-cultural experience and Life Model training to communities both in person and online.
Michel Hendricks | Boulder, Colorado
Michel Hendricks helps churches and individuals bring lasting transformation into their communities. As co-author of The Other Half of Church with Dr. Jim Wilder, he draws from both Scripture and the latest brain science to address the practical questions of discipleship: how people change, how character forms, and how emotional maturity develops over time. He consults with pastors, missionaries, ministry leaders, and lay leaders to implement brain-based discipleship that actually transforms, and co-leads trainings with his wife Claudia in multicultural and missional contexts. His work is anchored in the conviction that knowing more is not the same as becoming more.
Ed and Maritza Khouri | Taylorsville, North Carolina
Ed and Maritza Khouri lead Equipping Hearts, a ministry built around grace-centered healing and relational discipleship. Based in Taylorsville, North Carolina, their work addresses trauma, addiction, leadership burnout, and relational breakdown at the roots, integrating biblical wisdom, trauma-informed care, and neuroscience-informed relational practices. Their conviction is that grace-filled transformation is not a detour from discipleship but essential preparation for obedience, leadership, and mission. Their work flows from the local church outward to regional and global partnerships. Ed is the author of Becoming a Face of Grace and co-author of Joy Starts Here with Dr. Jim Wilder and others.
Eunsook Kim | Kailua Kona, Hawaii
Since 1996, Eunsook Kim has served with Youth With A Mission (YWAM) and the University of the Nations in Hawaii, facilitating Whole Person Care and Development programs in cross-cultural training environments. Integrating Life Model and THRIVE resources, she leads groups that foster spiritual formation, emotional growth, community, and wholeness. She has a particular heart for empowering Asians and Koreans to embrace their God-given calling with humility and compassion, offering study groups in both Korean and English, online and in person.
Barbara Moon | Dacula, Georgia
Barbara Moon has been mentored by Dr. Jim Wilder since 1993, and what she has learned has changed her life. Now based in Dacula, Georgia, she brings that same grounded, practical approach to others through Joy Groups in her home, workshops on brain science and Immanuel prayer and parenting, and a twice-yearly online study group on The Pandora Problem. Barbara also writes books rooted in Life Model principles, with a special focus on helping parents of teens and young adults grow in emotional maturity during those pivotal years. Her titles include Joy-Filled Relationships, Handbook to Joy-Filled Parenting, Joy-Filled Parenting with Teens, Becoming a Joy-Filled Woman, and The Pandora Problem Companion Guide.
Monica Mouer | Davidson, North Carolina
Monica Mouer is a licensed mental health counselor, supervisor, and the founder of both the Center for Family Transformation and the CFT Institute, based in Davidson, North Carolina. After years of searching for deeper healing as both a person and a therapist, she discovered the Life Model in 2014 and has been integrating it into her personal life and clinical work ever since. Her therapy practice, the Center for Family Transformation, is a Life Model private practice where relational brain skills shape how therapists work with clients and with one another. Through the CFT Institute, Monica equips mental health professionals to grow personally and professionally through the Life Model framework, and hosts The Place Therapists Grow, a weekly podcast that takes a deep dive into the Life Model for therapy. Monica is also a certified EMDR trauma therapist and Certified Sex Addiction Therapist Supervisor (CSAT-S), bringing a wide range of clinical experience to the people she serves.
Joel Prudhomme | Puebla, Mexico
Joel Prudhomme works alongside his wife Joca to disciple and equip the Body of Christ in Puebla, Mexico, integrating biblical truth with insights from relational neuroscience. He serves through courses, conferences, workshops, coaching, and prayer ministry, and also works specifically with men in the area of sexual integrity through conferences, coaching, and support groups. His purpose is to equip and encourage each person toward maturity in Christ, reflecting Jesus in daily life and multiplying that transformation in others.
Joca López Prudhomme | Puebla, Mexico
Joca López Prudhomme and her husband Joel equip the Body of Christ in Puebla, Mexico with the Life Model, a relational and practical approach that integrates biblical truth with neuroscience. She facilitates courses, conferences, workshops, coaching, and prayer ministry, and also serves as a grief educator, offering support and teaching that brings hope and restoration from a biblical perspective. Her purpose is to equip and encourage people to grow toward maturity in Christ and multiply that transformation in the lives of others.
Michael Sullivant | Leawood, Kansas
Michael Sullivant is a seasoned pastor, author, teacher, and public speaker whose ministry spans over four decades and more than 25 countries. As co-founder of Radius Ministries and a long-time voice in the Life Model world, Michael brings together Scripture, relational neuroscience, and deep life experience to show how joyful connection with God and others fuels true spiritual formation. Known for his rare blend of theological depth, prophetic clarity, and emotionally attuned wisdom, he is the author of Prophetic Etiquette, The Romance of Romans, and Your Kingdom Come. Michael co-leads Leaders' Collective, offers spiritual formation and mentoring through Radius Ministries, and leads ongoing online Spiritual Life Coaching groups for those seeking a deeper, real-time connection with God.
Terri Sullivant | Leawood, Kansas
Terri Sullivant is an ordained minister, professional life coach, prophetic writer, and co-founder of Radius Ministries. As founder of Fully Alive Coaching, she empowers men and women to embrace wholehearted identity, purpose, and joy, walking alongside people in the deep work of becoming who God made them to be. Her book, The Divine Invitation: Entering the Dance of Becoming Fully Alive, invites readers into grace-filled transformation rooted in Kingdom identity. Terri co-leads Leaders' Collective and offers coaching through Radius Ministries, bringing warmth, wisdom, and decades of ministry experience to everyone she serves. She and Michael are based in Leawood, Kansas, and together are devoted parents of five and grandparents to many.
Margaret Webb | Mt. Judea, Arkansas
Margaret Webb is the founder of Alive and Well, Inc. and the creator of the Immanuel Encounter Training Program, a two-course curriculum she developed as a licensed therapist and prayer minister. The program equips people to live in daily interactive relationship with God through the Immanuel Lifestyle, and trains guides to lead others through Immanuel Encounters. Her work draws on the teachings of Dr. Jim Wilder and Dr. Karl Lehman, as well as her years of study with Chris and Jen Coursey and Ed Khouri. After more than a decade of teaching, training, mentoring, and consulting, Margaret has retired from active leadership at Alive and Well. The ministry and curriculum she built continue to equip prayer ministers and lay people-helpers in churches across the country.
Deborah Woolridge | Beaverton, Oregon
Deborah Woolridge is based in Beaverton, Oregon, where she offers Life Model training, coaching, and consulting to individuals, groups, and churches. She has a particular passion for Living From the Heart Jesus Gave You, a book she returns to again and again for its honest account of how emotional maturity develops in stages, and what gets interrupted when trauma enters the picture. The Lord made it possible to bring that same material into a 22-week class for a prison ministry, covering the Foundational 5 Brain Skills and Immanuel prayer. Deborah looks at those 22 weeks as a wonderful time of planting seeds for the Kingdom. She leads study groups where participants recognize themselves in the material and in each other, creating the kind of relational space where real growth can take hold. She and her husband Ray co-lead Leaders' Collective together.
Ray Woolridge | Beaverton, Oregon
Ray Woolridge is based in Beaverton, Oregon, where he and his wife Deborah offer Life Model training, coaching, and consulting to individuals, groups, and churches. Ray co-wrote Escaping Enemy Mode with Dr. Jim Wilder and regularly teaches the Escaping Enemy Mode study course. He and Deborah co-lead Leaders' Collective, a year-long online journey into the Life Model, and are trained in Immanuel healing prayer. Ray's own ongoing pursuit of wholeness and elder maturity shapes everything he brings to the people he walks alongside.
